Meet the Team
Christine Hu leads her team in working with leading U.S VC & PE funds, identify best investment targets and facilitating potential cross-border JVs and M&As.
Ms. Hu has more than 18 years of experience in finance in U.S., Hong Kong, and China while working for Salomon Smith Barney (U.S.), Fortis-Haitong Investment Management (Shanghai, China), Deutsche Bank (Hong Kong), and the Royal Bank of Scotland (Hong Kong), and a family office (Hong Kong).
She focused on varied financial products development and distribution as well as cross-border M&As, IPOs, backdoor listing, bond issuance, portfolio management and private equity investment.
Ms. Hu holds a bachelor degree in Finance from California State University of Long Beach. She also holds NASD Series 7 General Securities & Series 66 Investment Strategist and Uniform State Law licenses in USA, Securities Institute Registered Type 1 & 6 licenses in HK and SAC Registered-General Securities and Mutual Fund in China.
Mr. McIntyre has over 18 years experience as an investor, entrepreneur, and advisor with technology start-up companies in Silicon Valley.
As an investor, Mr. McIntyre served as a Partner at CMEA Ventures ($1b AUM) and an associate at H.I.G. Capital ($30b AUM) where he led many successful investments including Intermolecular (IPO), Lancope (acquired by Cisco Systems), Schooner (acquired by Sandisk), Ageia (acquired by Nvidia), and Lvl7 Systems (acquired by Broadcom).
As an entrepreneur, Mr. McIntyre has served as business development executive at several start-up companies including NextBio (acquired by Illumina) and AirWave Wireless (acquired by Hewlett-Packard).
Mr. McIntyre holds a bachelor of science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MBA from the Wharton School where he was a Palmer Scholar.
Henry Huang is responsible for research on emerging technologies, deal analysis, due diligence, strategic partnership and joint venture in the TMT sector including enterprise software, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, mobile, IoT and VR/AR.
Mr. Huang has 15 years of professional experiences in high-tech industry with deep understanding of cross-border technology synergy between US and China. He has been taken diversely critical roles from business strategy to product management to go-to-market in a number of high-growth startups in the bay area, which two of them were acquired successfully.
Previously, Mr. Huang served as investment analyst at Rady Venture Fund in US. Prior to it, he spent 10 years in China taking various technical and management roles at Oracle, Teradata, Accenture and etc.
Mr. Huang received an MBA from the University of California, San Diego, and an Electronics Engineering bachelor degree from South China Normal University.
